Welcome to the latest edition of the Round-Up Blog from Assetz Capital – for summer 2024. While the summer months haven’t been great in terms of the weather, it’s been a busy and successful couple of months for us.

Completed deals
While we’ve completed a number of deals recently, the highlight was a development finance deal for £6.8m at an LTV of 65%. This will enable the ground up development of 3, 6 bed luxury manor houses in Surrey.
Jon Pike, our Relationship Director who led the project said, “It was a pleasure to structure this development deal for such a highly professional team and in a stunning location. Whilst title and site access issues proved a legal challenge, outstanding teamwork and the can-do attitude of the team at Assetz and the developer found the way through.”
Events
We were thrilled to have exhibited once again at the NACFB Conference In Birmingham. It was fantastic to connect with so many professionals and share insights on the latest industry trends. If you didn’t get chance to come and say ‘hi’, then you missed out on one of our specially branded doughnuts! We host our live webinar sessions once a quarter and they are regularly attended by over 100 property professionals. Our Q2 event in July was yet another insightful 30 minutes, delivered by our in house expert Jonathan, our Development Monitoring Director.
