At Assetz Capital, our terms are up to 3 years and we are able to support a wide range of schemes, from Purpose Built Student Accommodation, the conversion of offices, or renovation projects.

For renovation projects we offer specific refurbishment finance with terms up to 24 months, which is available for both light and heavy renovations. From a simple remodelling project through to converting an old office block. Plus, if the property is available at auction, we can quickly provide the funding for that too.

With our residential refurbishment finance, borrowers only pay an arrangement fee, making the funding clear and transparent. In addition, for developers looking to retain the property after refurbishment, we offer attractive refinance options with a competitive range of term products to choose from.

How Does Student Accommodation Development Finance Work?
