In addition, for developers looking to retain the property after refurbishment, we offer attractive refinance options with a competitive range of term products to choose from.
How Does Student Accommodation Development Finance Work?

For ground up developments, you will also benefit from the support of Jonathan Witter, our Development Monitoring Director. Jonathan, will visit you on site throughout your project, as well as managing the external monitoring surveyors (who produce their valuation reports every month for the drawdown of funds).
